BMW M3 Shoot

driving and shooting this beast makes me regret driving a hybrid

Eric Herrmann – BMW M3 Coupe

I had the opportunity to drive and shoot this beautiful BMW M3 a few weeks back. I’ve always admired the styling of the M3, but couldn’t really say much about the power and handling as I’d never actually driven one. Well, now I have, and I’m impressed. It’s really made me regret buying a hybrid SUV. Although I can’t really imaging hauling around all my lighting and photo equipment in the back seat of this thing… I guess it would have to be my weekend ride!

2013 Mediterranean Trip

a few images form my vacation to Italy, France, and Spain

I can’t believe it’s been 4 months since I went on this fantastic trip to Spain, France, and Italy, and I’m just now getting a chance to post some of my images from it! This is just a taste… there are so many, I can’t possibly post them all on here. From eating tapas and drinking sangria on La Rambla, to hiking along the mediterranean coastline at the Cinque Terre, everything about this trip was incredible! I can’t wait to go back.

Tuolumne Meadows

Stars over Tuolumne Meadows

This past weekend I was camping up at Tuolumne Meadows in Yosemite National Park. It was stunningly beautiful up there. It makes me wonder why I don’t do more of these weekend trips when I live so close to so many incredible places. Anyway, no weekend camping trip would be complete without at least one landscape shot! Since the moon was almost entirely gone, I figured this would be the ideal time to try and capture the milky way above the meadow. Now I can’t wait to go back! Although, hopefully next time I’m waiting for the stars to come out, it’s a little warmer than 38 degrees.
